Waiver of liability & Agreement

By entering/attending/performing at Castle Boo, I and my group voluntarily accept and agree to assume all such risks, dangers and hazards, and agree to release and hold harmless Castle Boo, Scared Inc., it's property owners, and its officers, employees, volunteers, contractors, and agents from any and all responsibility and/or liability for injury, harm, damage, death, cost or expense arising directly or indirectly from attending / performing / vending at Castle Boo, including but not limited to, any and all claims which allege negligent acts and/or omissions while in, at, or about Castle Boo. I also agree at no time while at or about Castle Boo will we promote any political agenda in any way, nor will we use language, lyrics, or otherwise which can be deemed hateful, racist, or insulting to others, especially based on religion, sexual orientation, gender, race, color, nationality, political affiliation, etc. In essence, we are in agreement everyone at Castle Boo will be treated equal as human beings and we are all there to have fun.
